What background Hospice and Palliative Care physicians bring:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School.
- Board eligible or certified by ABMS – approved specialty.
- Ability to obtain a Minnesota Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license.
- Valid DEA Registration.

- Robbinsdale Hospital, established in 1954, is recognized as a top Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. Celebrating +25 years as a Level 1 Trauma Center, the Robbinsdale Hospital is one of just four Level 1 Trauma Centers in the state (20 operating room suites and a 353-bed tertiary hospital).
- Maple Grove Hospital, established in 2009, is recognized as a top hospital in the state for Women and Children Care, with a Level III NICU, and is the largest Family Birth Center in the state (~5,000 deliveries per year and over 50,000 babies delivered). The hospital was recognized in 2023 by U.S. News & World Report for high performing procedures and conditions in spinal fusion, COPD, hip replacement, knee replacement and pneumonia. In 2023 the hospital was named a "Best Place to Have a Baby in Minnesota" through Star Tribune's Minnesota's Best!
