Our CPT Urgent Care APPs, in collaboration and consultation with the physician(s) and other team members provides treatment to all ages and families who come to the Urgent Care Center.

What background Urgent Care APPs need:
Nurse Practitioner:
Education
- Master’s or higher degree in Nursing required.
- Certification prior to the Masters’ degree requirement and current practice as a Nurse Practitioner in their area of specialization or documentation of current competency.
Experience
- Two or more years’ experience in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred.
- One or more years’ experience in area of specialization preferred.
Licensure/Certification(s) Mandatory
- Licensure/Certification(s) Mandatory
- Current licensure as RN and APRN in State of Minnesota.
- Valid DEA Registration.
- Current medical staff credentials for level of training.
OR
Physician Assistant:
Education
- Completion of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
Experience
- Two or more years’ experience in a Physician Assistant role preferred.
- One or more years’ experience in area of specialization preferred.
Licensure/Certification(s) Mandatory
- Current Minnesota Registration/Licensure as a Physician Assistant through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Physician Assistant Certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Valid DEA Registration.
- Current medical staff credentials for level of training.

Salary Range:
$69.14 - $71.21 This range reflects hourly rate compensation. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on FTE, experience, internal equity, and external market data.
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
Employment Sponsorship: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
