About this position
The Credentialing Applications Analyst serves as a technical and analytical expert supporting credentialing, privileging, provider services, and medical staff operations systems and data. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing application integrations, administering and analyzing provider data, and developing operational performance, and predictive analytics using tools such as Power BI, Epic SlicerDicer, and enterprise dashboards. The Analyst translates complex data into actionable insights that support provider onboarding, credentialing, reappointment, regulatory compliance, and workforce planning.
The Analyst partners closely with Provider Serivces, Medical Staff Office, Information Technology, Quality, Team Member Health, and Clinical Leadership to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and meaningful reporting across the provider lifecycle. This role applies strong technical capabilities in data modeling, reporting automation, trend analysis, and visualization to identify risks, monitor performance, and inform strategic and operational decision making related to credentialing efficiency, provider engagement, and workforce trends.

Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field OR 4 years related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree or certification required.
Experience
