Our health system encompasses two hospital locations in Robbinsdale and Maple Grove as well as a network of 25 clinics which includes 13 primary clinics, 6 specialty clinics, 4 urgent care/urgency centers and emergency care offerings covering five counties. About this position
North Memorial Health offers an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to be an integral part of our health care organization. They will be responsible for helping us elevate our technology stack to the next level. They will assist in designing and developing system architecture, best practices, as well as automation. This role will work with a team of Database, Network and server administrators to ensure all projects meet professional standards and business goals. They will be expected to provide input on design and implementation in a team environment as well as work independently during projects and maintenances. Some systems this position is responsible for is SAN/NAS Storage infrastructure, RedHat Linux, IBM systems, Pure storage, and NetApp storage solutions.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Bachelor degree or a combination of education and experience preferred.
• Certification in area of expertise preferred.
Experience
• Experience with multiple vendors Unix and storage including SAN NAS and Fibre Channnel switching equipment preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience with enterprise class Unix Systems, Storage Arays local – wide area clustering, and large scale enterprise systems in a large organization with multiple campuses. • Use of desktop technologies.
• Organization skills demonstrating the ability to plan and schedule assigned projects.
• Demonstrates high customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment, strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with Epic storage infrastructure is also preferred

Salary Range: N25 ($44.91 - $67.37), based on experience
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
