We are looking to add a metabolic clinic to an established MBSAQIP accredited Comprehensive Center. We seek a dynamic physician with passion for metabolic medicine, who works well within a multidisciplinary team, and is energized to grow and expand the service offerings.
Position Purpose
The Bariatrician assesses, develops, and recommends a treatment plan for patients seeking medical weight loss management. Facilitates and coordinates strategic program planning, development and education as it pertains to the medical weight loss component of the bariatric surgery department.

Practice and Schedule Details
- 0.222 FTE (1 day per week, 8 hour day)
- No Weekends
- No Evenings
- No Call
- Candidates interested in splitting their FTE between bariatrics and another role, such as primary care, are invited to apply
Position Qualifications
- Completion of accredited ABMS approved family medicine or internal medicine residency.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School required.
- Board Certification in Obesity Medicine (ABOM) required. Candidates with board certification in progress and relevant clinical experience may be considered.
- 3 years clinical practice as primary care provider preferred.
