About this position
The Data and Reporting Analyst will focus on creating, managing, and providing reports across the Ambulance Services Business Unit and other stakeholders throughout the organization as needed. The Data and Reporting Analyst will partner with business leaders to create meaningful reports and dashboards that aid in the decision-making process as well as support process improvement by providing analytical reporting support. The position will also assist the hospital's Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) team in maintaining and managing the Ambulance Services reporting databases in the EDW.

Requirements
Education
• BS/BA degree in finance, business, computer science, or statistics
Experience
Experience • Must have experience working with complex SQL queries including table joins • Two or more years of data analytics experience, ambulance or healthcare preferred • Experience writing Crystal reports sourced from EDW • Presentation software experience, such as Power BI or Tableau • Experience with combining data from disparate systems • Experience in analysis of business data and workflows, and providing evaluations, and/or process improvement recommendations • Experience using Business Objects universes and/or Webi reports sourced from EDW Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Proven aptitude for learning new technologies • Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and grow • Basic understanding of billing or finance • Understand construct of EDW • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Visio • Customer focused with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization • A proven change agent with strong ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex issues and trends • Proven ability to fill different roles as required - requires gathering, developing, analyzing, and process improving • Ability to handle ambiguity, to draw inferences, and anticipate additional questions and requirements when working with stakeholders
