The Spasticity and Rehabilitation Physician provides direct patient care in the clinic office and inpatient settings. The predominant responsibility of the position is clinical management of patients with spasticity disorders and inpatient rehabilitation follow up. The physician will additionally provide periodic inpatient rehabilitation coverage. The Clinic Physician acts as a member of the treatment team, ensures the delivery of quality care, and maintains professional competence. The physician will act within his/her scope of practice and within the privileges granted by North Memorial Credentialing. The physician will negotiate the visit agenda with the patient and/or guardian in order to best meet patient expectations.

Schedule Details

• 0.7 FTE
• 8 hour days
• No weekend or call

What background Spasticity and Rehabilitation Physicians bring:

• Board eligible or certified by an ABMS-approved specialty
• Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School required
• Completion of advanced graduate medical education in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with board eligibility or board certification
• Current State of Minnesota Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license
• Valid DEA Registration
